Moore Theatre - WA Customers Reviews
Headliner was a No show
I didn’t find out that the headlining band was not performing until after I already went into the venue. I was very disappointed that we went there not knowing that the headliner was not performing. Once we were there and already committed to seeing the show we made the best of it but it was still disappointing because that was the only band that we were really looking to see. Ticketmaster could’ve sent out a text to all the ticket holders that night making everyone aware but they didn’t act on it at all. So I would say the Ticketmaster should be a little more diligent and communicating with their customers so that their customers don’t waste their time
